General Terms and Conditions Mansakihraam

Article 1 - Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of the Mansakihraam webshop, based in The Hague, Netherlands.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these general terms and conditions.

Article 2 - Offer and Agreement
2.1 All offers in the webshop are non-binding and may be changed or withdrawn by us.
2.2 An agreement is concluded when you place an order and it is confirmed by us via email.

Article 3 - Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices listed are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment must be made via the available payment methods in the webshop. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within a reasonable time frame.

Article 4 - Delivery
4.1 We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible according to our shipping policy.
4.2 The delivery times indicated in the webshop are indicative and cannot be considered as binding deadlines.
4.3 If a product is out of stock or delivery is delayed, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
5.1 You have the right to return an order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with our return and refund policy.
5.2 The costs of return shipping are at your own expense, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Article 6 - Warranty and Conformity
6.1 We guarantee that the products comply with the specifications stated on the website and the reasonable requirements of reliability and usability.
6.2 If a product does not comply with the agreement, you must inform us in writing within a reasonable period after discovering this.

10.2 For agreements already concluded, the terms applicable at the time of the agreement will remain in force.
