Return and Refund Policy

At Mansakihraam, we strive to always satisfy our customers. However, we understand that there may be reasons to return a product. That’s why we have established a clear and simple return and refund policy, so you know exactly what to expect.

You have the option to return an order within 30 days of receiving it. It is important to note that the costs for returning products are your responsibility. However, there is an exception: if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return costs. Don’t forget to include the order date, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return in the email. Once we have received your email, we will send you further instructions, including the return address and any other necessary information.

It is important that you pack the product well to avoid damage during transport. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to the account used for the purchase within 14 days. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
